Served Govt. of Punjab as a teacher from 1975 to 1979.
Joined International Islamic University Islamabad in 1979 for graduation studies.
Completed M. Phil in 1986 with specialization in comparative studies of Religions, Philosophy and Human Psychology.
During University, visited Jamia Azhar for the study of Linguistics. Taught at International Islamic University 1986-1988.
Joined Pakistan Naval College, Islamabad, as Head of Department in Theology in 1988.
From 2001 to 2005, served as Section Head of the Boys Section in Pakistan Naval College, Islamabad.
Has been delivering lectures in different universities (such as Islamic University, Bahria University, and Allama Iqbal Open University) as a visiting professor for the last 10 years.
Served Bahria University as Assistant Director Academics on deputation from September 2005 to 2006.
Served as Principal, Pakistan Embassy College Beijing, China from August 2006 to March 2007.
Served as Principal, Pakistan Community College Damam, Saudia Arabia, from May 2007 to March 2008.
Served as Project Director Al-Haram School and College, Al-Haram City, Rawalpindi, and the Founder Principal of the project, from June 2008 to May 2010.
Worked as Principal, Rawalpindi Cadet College, Rawalpindi from May 2010 to April 2011.
Served as a Director Administration, National Group of Colleges, Toba Tek Singh, from August 2011 to May 2015.
